Is Augmented Reality really the new normal for brands and advertisers?

I seem to be getting a least one email an hour at the moment inviting me to a different webinar promising the path to success in a (post) Covid world. Most of which push the boundaries of credibility to breaking point. So whilst I have nothing against AR generally or Blippar specifically, is it really going to be the new normal for brands and advertisers in a post-Covid world? Probably not.
