Not sure why I'd never listened to Wild Billy Childish before, as Last Punk Standing was one of my picks of 2019. I knew who he was: from the late 70s onwards, one of the true characters of the British punk and garage rock scene, across a range of bands and solo projects. But for whatever reason, listening had just never happened until now. I will be working my way backwards. On silver grey vinyl from Damaged Goods.
