Over 40 years on from their debut and Wire are still delivering new music that's amongst the best post-punk around. Released in January, Mind Hive is their 17th studio album no less. And cracking stuff it is too. As Alexis Petridis said in The Guardian: "if Mind Hive were the debut by a hot new band, you suspect the music press would be doing their nut over it."
